Please note that the Kindergarten currently has a waiting list. All applications are subject to our enrolment policy which is available on request from our Kindergarten ofﬁce. The information you provide on this form will be used by the teaching staff to assess your application against our enrolment policies and our special character. Any information given will be treated according to the Privacy Act 1993.

If a space does become available, the Kindergarten team will invite you to a pre-enrolment meeting to discuss possible start dates and times.

The completion of this form does not constitute admission of the student to Motueka Steiner Kindergarten.
